Campaign Media Release:
### For Immediate Release ###
August 22, 2008 - Osceola County,
Florida - The Jonathan Harrell Campaign will
be restoring signs to locations where they had
been removed due to Tropical Storm Fay. Over the
next several days campaign supporters will again
have an opportunity to display their support as
the winds subside.
"We
are glad to see that Tropical Storm Fay treated
our local area kindly, but our hearts go out to
those on the coast who have received such unprecedented
rainfall. With the flooding and storm damage in
our neighboring counties, I feel now is not the
time to politicize or sensationalise the destruction
created by this tropical storm to promote a campaign.
Our signs will return with out much notice."
stated Jonathan Harrell, Candidate for Osceola
County Commission District 5.
Jonathan
was making reference to fact that many of the
candidates in the area voluntarially decided to
removed their campaign signage from local streets
and neighborhoods as the threat of a hurricane
approached.
Supporters
who requesting new or replacement signs are urged
to contact the campaign at 407-791-3768.
